Get your trial key
Verify your email to receive a three-month trial for unlimited PCs. No invitation or computer approval is needed. Up to ten trials can be active. Your trial starts when you first activate RelayDesk.
Jempas stores your email to identify and manage your trial. Cloudflare delivers the verification email and processes registration requests. We don’t use this signup for marketing. Returning testers receive their existing key and expiry.

Download RelayDesk ↓Keep the key private. Use it on all your authorised PCs. Your Windows password and remote connection password are separate.
What you can do
Send and receive files
Transfer files in either direction with Send file, or drag files into RelayDesk to send them. The Files section records completed transfers and lets you open received files or their folder.
Copy and paste text
Copy text on one PC and paste it on the other when clipboard sharing is enabled. Clipboard sync supports text; use file transfer for documents and other files.
Hear the remote PC
Listen to sound playing on the remote computer through your local speakers or headphones. Use the session’s Sound button to turn remote audio on or off.
Connect without someone at the PC
Set up permanent access and a permanent connection password to connect without a new temporary code or someone accepting the session. It works while Windows is locked; your Windows credentials are still needed to sign in.
Adjust the picture and view statistics
Use fullscreen and select picture settings up to 4K, depending on the host’s display. Adjust frame rate and bitrate, and optionally show live frame rate, connection, codec and buffering statistics.
Installation and setup
Install on both PCs
Download and run Setup on the PC you want to control and the PC you’ll connect from. Accept the trial agreement during installation.
Activate the trial
Open RelayDesk, accept the trial agreement and enter your email. Enter the code sent to your inbox to activate automatically. Use the same email on your other PCs; all share one trial.
Connect to the other PC
Enter its computer ID and temporary access code. For unattended access, including while Windows is locked, configure Permanent access in Network and connect using its unattended ID and permanent password.
Trial licence
One key covers unlimited authorised PCs for three calendar months from its first activation. All PCs using the key share the same expiry. Jempas can extend or revoke access.
Internet access is required for activation and licence validation, including when using LAN or Tailscale.
