RELAYDESK — PRIVATE TRIAL AGREEMENT

1. Trial access
Jempas grants the invited tester a non-exclusive licence to evaluate RelayDesk on any number of computers the tester owns or is authorised to access. The trial lasts three calendar months from the first successful activation of the key. All computers using that key share the same expiry date. Jempas can extend the trial or revoke the key. No purchase or automatic payment follows expiry.

2. Key and permitted use
Keep your trial key private. Do not publish or resell the key, installer or trial access. Anyone with your key can activate additional PCs until the key expires or is revoked. Contact Jempas if the key is disclosed. Remote access requires the computer owner's permission. Do not use RelayDesk for unauthorised access, surveillance or unlawful activity.

3. Validation, expiry and updates
An Internet connection is required to activate and each time the app starts. While running, RelayDesk renews its licence periodically. A temporary network interruption is tolerated only for the remainder of a signed lease, up to 15 minutes. Expiry or revocation stops remote sessions and prevents new connections, including LAN and Tailscale connections. It does not delete your files. Jempas may provide updates during the trial. Installation requires your action and waits until remote sessions have ended.

4. Evaluation software
This is a development trial. Performance, compatibility and availability may change, and errors may occur. Keep backups of important work. Features may be changed or removed during development. This agreement does not exclude, restrict or modify rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.

5. Information used to operate the trial
The licence service stores the trial label, an app-generated device identifier, computer name, app version, activation and last-check times, expiry/revocation status, and acknowledgement of this agreement. Cloudflare processes licence and update requests and necessarily receives connection metadata such as IP addresses. The licence service does not collect screen images, audio, passwords, clipboard text or transferred-file contents. Streaming diagnostics remain on the computer unless you choose to supply them to Jempas. Licence records are used to manage access and support the trial; contact Jempas to request access, correction or deletion. Records can be retained while needed to administer the trial and address support or legal obligations.

6. Ending the trial
You may stop using RelayDesk at any time. Disable Permanent access before uninstalling to remove its Windows host service. Jempas may end a private trial, including after key disclosure, misuse or completion of evaluation. Contact the email above about access, extensions, technical problems or privacy concerns.

By choosing “I agree” during installation and activating the supplied key, you acknowledge and accept this agreement.
